\n21.2 If the checks are positive, the Seller will send the Customer confirmation of acceptance of the returned Products and proceed with the refund.
\n21.3 Whatever the payment method used, the refund is activated by the Seller within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal communication.
\n21.4 The Seller issues the refund using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial purchase.
